How long do I have to cancel or change an order I placed?

On a typical business day, HLC’s aim is to process and the order for shipment in around 2 hours, so we recommend you make your move within this time frame, to play it safe and avoid additional charges. 

What do I need to do to cancel or change an order?

Call us at (844) 858-0025 ext. 102 (toll free) or email [email protected] and we will refund you the entire amount – but only if the order has not yet been shipped.

What happens if my order is shipped before I cancel it?

Call us on (844) 858-0025 ext. 102 (toll free) or email  [email protected] to request an RMA number from customer service, then follow the steps outlined in our Returns Policy, as they would now apply.
