Lavender is very well known for its calming effects. Lavender Oil decreases stress, improves mood, and creates a relaxing environment that promotes deep sleep.

Lavender Oil is a sweet herbaceous, floral, fresh scent with very slight fruity and camphorous undertones.
Aroma Oils are highly concentrated aroma compounds that have been mixed with carrier oils. Although used similarly Aroma Oils are not to be confused with Essential Oils. Aroma Oils are milder than Essential Oils and can be used more generously
Aroma Oils can be used for:
Massages (when diluted with a carrier oil)
